Z -- UPGRADE SECURITY ARMS VAULT, EAST POINT RESERVE CENTER, EAST POINT, GA Sol DAKF11-95-B-0040. Due 090195. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment and perform all work associated in the upgrade of the small arms vault. Relocate existing steam piping and radiator. Relocate existing electrical outlets and light switches. Pour new eight inch thick reinforced walls on the inside of the vault. Replace existing vault door with Government furnished Class V vault door in new reinforced concrete walls. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. Project is subject to the availability of funds. All eligible and responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
