Z -- REPLACE HYDRAULIC OIL PIPING AT THE PRIMARY PUMPING STATION SOL F40650-95-B-0071 DUE 090895 POC Lynn Jefferies, Contracting Officer, (615)454-5174. This project consists of removing an old hydraulic oil piping annd raw water back wash piping system and installing a new hydraulic oil piping and raw water piping system, including new flanges, valves, and fittings. The work will be done at the Primary Pumping Station at Arnold Engineering Development Center (Arnold AFB), Tennessee. The work includes demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, installation of new piping, and painting and identification of the piping system. The estimated order of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period shall be seventy-five days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. Any interested firm may submit a bid which will be considered. Firms responding to this notice should do no in writing and should indicate whether or not they are a small business and whether or not they are a small disadvantaged business.
