Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, service and supervision to repair roof of Building 4001, Base Supply Facility, at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Remove existing built-up roofing on office and connector down to metal decking; add new roof insulation (R-20 average); replace roof; provide new metal flashings, trim, etc; remove abandoned steel framework and electrical items on connector; remove existing metal roof panels, insulation, gutters and downspouts on warehouse; install new spanning members, metal roof panels, insulation, gutters and downspouts on warehouse; and repair roof-mounted fans on warehouse.
