Contract performance will be base year with four option years. This proposed contract is being considered for a 100 percent small disadvantaged business (SDB) setaside. Interested SDBs should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a SDB. If adequate interest is not received from SDBs within this period, the solicitation will be issued as a small business (SB) setaside without further notice.
