Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment and perform all work in connection with the construction of a 75 feet long by 25 feet wide addition to the existing maintenance building No. 138, including a small pest control facility. This project will consist of a metal frame building with metal roof, and concrete block walls, on a reinforced concrete floor slab. Interior plumbing an interior and exterior connection of water, sanitary lines, interior and exterior power source and new transformer work, and telephone connection. Demolition and disposal of two roll-up doors and concrete block walls. Excavation, backfilling, grading and compaction for foundation, installation of roll-up doors, metal doors, windows and other finishes, construction of access road, as depicted in these specifications and drawings required for a complete and tested ready installation. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract completion time is 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The proposed acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns.
