Project work includes minor demolition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, repair and painting of walls, installation of quarry tile flooring over existing, replacement of ceiling panels, construction of raised concrete deck and temporary access span between dining and storage areas of the kitchens. Additional work includes relocation of existing kitchen equipment and furnishing and installation of specified new food service equipment. All work to be completed within 325 calendar days after receipt of the ''Notice To Proceed''. Construction cost estimate: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
