It includes the removal of: concrete pavements, curbstones, timber structures, and curb mounted light fixtures. Relocate: 3 inch conduit, conduit brackets, and steel ring buoy brackets. There will be provisions for: concrete fill, curb extensions, holes in concrete, grouted dowels, anchors, drains, steel posts, thrie beams, ladders, platforms, electrical conduits, wiring, light poles, luminaires, and any other incidental related work. Base item #1 includes the entire work complete in accordance with the drawings and specs, but not including the work indicated under Option 1. Option #1 includes all work for the safety ladders and access platforms. In accordance with FAR 52.217-5, Evaluation of options(July 1990), except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the government's best interest, the government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the government to exercise the option. The SIC code is 1611 and the industry business size standard is $17.0 Million.
