Rework Air Conditioning to include removal of existing split system units and replacing with two each 35 ton air cooled chiller, multi-zone air handlers and new ducts, diffusers and returns. Electrical rework to include new 300 KVA pad mounted transformer and service entrance into one building installation of branch panels, conduit, conductors and receptacles. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 31 July 1995. The bid opening date will be on or about 31 August 1995. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-side for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. SDB concerns interested in having the project set-aside should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing previous project references of similar type work, bonding capacity, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
