Bandur,415/74 4-5571 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to construct the following work located at the B. F. Sisk Federal Building, 1130 ''O'' Street, Fresno, CA. Demolition of certain existing partitions, ceiling, floor coverings, partial mechancial and electrical systems. Construction of a new district level courtroom including but not limited to the following: Complex multilevel ceilings and flooring, curved partitions, painting, wall and surface finishes, extensive premium grade millwork, built in furnishings, doors & hardwood Remove existing exterior glazing and frames and install new bullet proof glazing and frames. Provide and install all related mechanical, electrical plumbing and fixtures, lighting, security systems, partial fire protection and sound systems. Provide and install a handicapped lift assembly. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000.00- $1,000,000.00. The construction period is 270 calender days. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Solicitation Package will be available on or about August 10, 1995. A limited number of solicitation packages will be available and will be issued on a first come first served basis.
