The work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for removing, salvaging, and reinstalling an existing ``Sunburst'' solar hot water heating system, demolition and removal of existing polyurethane foam roofing system with elastomeric roof coating and flashing, replacing with roof insulation, flashing and built-up roofing, cleaning, patching, and recoating of existing polyurethane roofing systems, and incidental related work. A Qquality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm Fixed price contract. Peformance time 120 calendar days.
