PRESOLICITATION NOTICE.The work includes remodeling and repairs to the building including replacement of exterior aluminum windows, new exterior insulation and finish system, replacement of the heating system, replacement of suspended acoustical tile ceilings and lighting, interior and exterior painting, repairs to walls, seismic upgrades to structural steel, new roof overflow drains and batt insulation, fire sprinkler system, and incidental related work. Demolition work involving removal of asbestos containing materials and lead-paint is included. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 08 August 1995 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 400 calendar days.
