Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with the following project located at Vandenberg AFB, CA: XUMU 95-1309B Repair Headquarters Facility. The scope of the project is to include a comprehensive renovation of the interior spaces within the Headquarters building and encompasses the following work: 1. Demolition of existing interior walls, finish materials, electrical and HVAC equipment; 2. Re-construction of interior walls and interior finish details; 3. Repair and installation of electrical systems and lighting fixtures; 4. Application of finish materials, including carpet, paint and wall vinyl; 5. Installation of air conditioning units on roof and installation of duct work and chilled water pipes to third and second floors; 6. Construction of fine wood display cases. The range of construction cost for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The total contrct performance period for this project is 365 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. This solicitation is unrestricted. Interested firms should respond as soon as possible.
