The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting the removal and disposal of a total of two existing vault toilets and the construction of a total of three new toilets at the Old House Run Picnic Area and Cheat Summit Fort on the Greenbrier Ranger District in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The work includes all items necessary to install vaults, construct buildings and walkways, and clean up the site. The contract completion is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The project costs are between $25,000 and $100,000. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures are in effect and no Bid Bond, Performance Bond or Payment Bond will be required. This project will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Project. All responsible sources may submit documentation for consideration. (191)
