Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to construct a Government furnished In-Ground Scale and construct a Non-Government furnished Pre-fabricated Metal Building. Contract is to Include: complete construction of an in-ground scale foundation, deck slab, and approaches, the complete assembly of a government furnished Fairbanks scale, the complete construction of a pre-fabricated metal building with foundation slab, and the complete construction of an underground electric line from the designated point on the drawings to the breaker panel in the pre-fabricated building and then from the breaker panel to the scale and other exterior accessories. This project is located at Area 1, Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. Estimated project range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitations will be available o/a 15 AUG 1995. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ``Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitive Program.
