The project includes construction of a single story Youth Center Building of approximately 19,502 SF. The building consists of load bearing masonry walls with brick veneer and preformed metal panels. Roof system consists of steel trusses, steel decking, insulation, metal roofing and modified bitumim roofing. Other building components consist of hollow metal frames, aluminum doors and storefronts system, wood doors, ceramic tile restrooms, carpet and resilient flooring, gymnasium-type hardwood strip flooring, fire protection sprinkler system and mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include all utilities, including water and gas distribution lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage lines, sidewalks, parking, landscape and incidental related work to provide a complete and usable facility.
