The project consists of a 64,365 SF Reserve Training Building and a 13,013 SF Vehicle Maintenance Building and associated sitework. Buildings have concrete slab on grade and concrete foundation on spread footing,s concrete masonry walls with brick and precast concrete veneer, steel stud and gypsum board interior partitions, steel joists and insulated steel rof deck, CSPE single ply roof and metal standing seam roof, mechanical work, plumbing work and electrical work. Project also includes an arms security vault, food service eequipment, and a bridge crane. Sitework includes grading, paving, electrical distribution, site lighting, water distribution, gravity sanitary sewers, storm drainage, and vehicle wash rack with oil/water separator.
