PRESOLICITATION NOTICE.The work includes site work consisting of general excavation and grading, auger-placed grout piles, underground utilities, asphalt and concrete paving. The building is a two-story, steel framed concrete masonry structure with a precast hollow-core concrete floor slab, composite metal and concrete floor deck, metal roof decking with single-ply membrane roofing and rigid insulation, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust, and electrical systems for engine component maintenance shops, storage areas, office spaces, training/classroom area, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 08 August 1995 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 500 calendar days.
