The Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking proposals for the establishment and operation of an ongoing program for providing assistance in economic development which will involve a combination of direct technical assistance, training workshops, conferences, handbooks and other publications. The overall goal of the program is to increase the capacity of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) recipients and subrecipients to effectively develop and implement economic development programs in CDBG communities. One or more indefinite quantity contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation with a performance period of forty-eight (48) months. The solicitation will be available on or about August 4, 1995.
