The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for development of a High-dynamic range Low-noise-amplifier (LNA). The packaged low noise amplifier shall be capable of providing beyond ''state-of-the-art'' dynamic range capability in an instantaneous bandwidth goal of 4.5 to 18 GHz.
