Case Management Software and Services--OSC requires a computer-based client-server case management and tracking system for use nationwide on its local area networks (LANs) and on its wide area network (WAN). Software is to be provided and installed, and services are to be performed in the OSC headquarters at 1730 M St., N.W. and software downloaded to offices in Dallas, Texas and Oakland, CA. The product must operate on existing client IBM-compatible 386/25 notebook computers, 486DX personal computers, or higher, within DOS 6.2, Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or higher environment and Novell Netware version 3.11 or higher network environment, and shall support OLE 2.0. The product must support on-line transaction processing across the OSC LANs and WAN, support at least 112 clients, 60 concurrently, and successfully operate over and integrate with a fourth-generation relational data base management system. Software modifications, edits, data views, reporting capabilities, consultation and user training are required. Some supporting hardware may be required. Subject to the availability of funds, OSC intends to conduct a non-FACNET acquisition under simplified acquisition procedures, reserved for small businesses, based on written quotations submitted no later than 8/15/95. The anticipated award date is September 1, 1995. Interested vendors shall submit written or telefax requests for the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Telephone requests for RFQ will not be considered.
