Subject Tender consists of the supply and installation of 4 sets of small boat berthing pontoon systems including recommended spares sufficient for two years usage for each system the small boat berthing pontoons are to be moored at the Royal Hong Kong police force marine headquarters at sai wan ho, marine South division base at Aberdeen, marine West division base at tai lam, and police operational facility at dyer avenue the pontoons must be capable of being lifted out of the water by crane lifting facilities for maintenance/repair and at the hoisting of no 3 or higher storm signals. The crane lifting facilities are a single Point lift with a maximum swl of 10 tonnes the berthing pontoon systems required are individually designed to cater to each site's unique requirements the loading capacity of one row of coupled pontoon units should be no less than approx 385 kg/M2. Each individual pontoon Unit should be no more than 680 X 680 X 400 mm with a freeboard adjustable capacity ranging from 0 mm to approx 362 mm.
