Structural work will include the addition of epoxy rock anchor bolts and base plates to column footings, and the addition of steel bracing to the hangar high bay frame and truss members. Bid Option 1 involves the replacement of two roof mounted evaporative coolers and associated roof work. Bid Option 2 consists of hangar siding repair (sheet metal screw/neoprene washerreplacement), roof vent replacement, and bathroom modification. Bid packages containing specifications and drawings are available at the nonrefundable cost of $75.00.
