(Hines Il. is located approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Chicago). Clinical coordinator will act as the liaison between computer, clinical and administrative staff of the hospital and must have knowledge of a broad range of patient care activites in a university affiliated medical center. Services will include but are not limited to; short and long range planning, coordination, implementation and training of clinical based software to hospital staff. Coordinator must have a working knowledge of computerized clinical application software (mainframe or PC based), which automates clinical functions across multiple services. Knowledge of MUMPS, and/or VA Decentralized Hospital Computer Program (DHCP) is necessary. Bid documents will be available after July 25, 1995, by written request to the contracting officer.
