Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary, and performing all operations in connection with the reroofing and patching damaged stucco on the walls of the Old Santa Fe Trail Building, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The new roof is to be a four-ply built-up roof over rigid insulation and tapered perlite board. Associated work which is part of this project includes temporary removal and then replacement of existing electrical wiring and heat cable on roof areas; installation of rigid insulation with tapered perlite board; removal of existing roof layers and insulation; installation of perlite crickets and cant; installation of new four ply built-up roof system; installation of new galvanized flashing; installation and fabrication of new canales to replace deteriorated and/or leaking canales; installation of new copper flashing at replacement canales, and installation of three coat stucco system at parapet and fog coat to blend new into existing. A site visit is recommended prior to bidding. Project completion is expected within 90 days after notification to proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
