Project involves construction of two separate, small (approx. 2600 SF each) office and training buildings of conventional wood stud framing with asphalt-shingled wood trusses and concrete slab on grade and grade beam foundations. Construction required includes general site and earthwork, utility connections, concrete walks, grassing and sodding of disturbed areas, concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, asphalt shingle roofing system construction, synthetic stucco (EIFS) system, aluminum windows, hollow metal work, flush wood doors, finish hardware, interior and exterior wood stud partition and walls, gypsum board panel work, suspended acoustical ceiling work, painting, misc. building specialties, signage, fire alarm system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, lighting and auxiliary systems work. One contract, base bid only, two line items. Performance period is 210 days. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1 Million.
