Anticipated issue date is 21 July 1995. Anticipated opening date is 21 August 1995. Performance time will be 120 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, not later than 18 July 95, of their intention to bid on the subject project as soon as possible. This notification must include a positive statement of eleigibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. If adequeate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
