Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct the new bathrooms at the existing Fitness Center Annex to include: complete architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting and sprinkler systems. Construction shall have all new: walls, ceilings, doors, hardware, trim, finishes, mechanical and plumbing, electrical power and lighting systems. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 10 days from the publication date of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitations will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. Project requirements will be made available on or about 31 July 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
