Remove existing boiler system, air handling equipment, and steam/hot water distribution system. Remove asbestos containing materials which are disturbed by or in the way of construction. Replace HVAC with a comparable system. PROJECT XUMU 95-3001 ADAL Collocated Club. Addition, NCO Club: Concrete slab, concrete masonry wall, metal structure frame, and sloped roof. Renovation: Interior of existing Officers Club. Overall floor plan to include kitchen, serving line, ballroom, lounges, party rooms, storage, lobby and cashier/office space, and all other needed space for a collocated club. The magnitude of construction cost is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The total contract performance period is 425 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542.
