Space and Missile Systems Center, Directorate of Operational Contracting, Construction Division, Los Angeles AFB, CA is seeking interested sources to Replace Chillers in Buildings 120,125 and 130 Area ''A'', Los Angeles AFB, CA. This acquisition consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing chillers, pumps and piping and installation of new Government Furnished Chillers and provide all pumps, piping, ventilation system, including ductwork, fans, safety and operating controls and emergency exits. Work in buildings to be performed simultaneously. NOTE: If work is not accomplished or completed during the heating season, one (1) chiller in each building shall remain in service during the period of 01 April 96 through 01 November 1996. Contractor shall ensure a chiller is operational during this period.IFB F04693-95-B-0012 is expected to issued on or about 19 July 1995. Bid opening will be on or about 18 August 1995. Estimated contract performance time is 120 calendar days.
