Project SGBP 94-0077, Replace Transformers, B500 shall include all work necessary to remove 3-500 KVA PCB contaminated transformers and replace with 1-1500 KVA dry-type transformer. Additional work required shall be cleaning of contaminated concrete, and sealing transformer room floor as well as painting the entire transformer room. Also 3-333 KVA and 3-833 KVA transformers are to be removed and replaced with 1-1000 KVA and 1-1500 KVA dry-type transformers respectively. Other work associated with these projects include removal of associated fuse cut outs, cables, bus duct, etc, installation of new fluorescent lighting, new ventilation system, and replacement of 15KV feeder cables. Performance period for this project is 180 days. This action is being considered for 100 % set aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but NO LATER THAN COB 24 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1731 applies. The SDB size standard of $7M is a three year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expidite SDB verification and contract award. Please ensure that you are certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount the project's magnitude. For joint ventures please show bonding capacity of both companies individually.
