The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA proposes, on an other than full and open competition basis, to issue Delivery Order 0003 against an existing contract with Technical Resources, Inc., (TRI) Milford, NH. The effort is to provide Engineering Support and modifications to the AN/ALR-67 V3 Organizational Level Electronic Warfare Test Program Set (OEWTPS). to include development of a final Class I Engineering Change Proposal for the AN/ALR-67 V2 Antenna Coupler Interconnecting Group (ACIG) and installation of 36 change kits to Antenna Coupler Group ON-356/ALM. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with TRI as the designer and developer with the required technical and engineering expertise and the manufacturing data package for the AN/ALR-67 V3 ACIG's. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties must provide documentation of their capability to perform this effort.
