Jones, Contracting Officer. MacDill AFB has a requirement for a Personal Financial Management Program (PFMP) Manager and Assistant Air Force Aid Officer. The contractor shall provide technical financial services to assigned civilian and military personnel as well as liaison and advisory support to commanders. Contract will contain a base period and four (4) option years. SIC is 7389; small business size standard is $5.0M average annual receipts over the past 3 years. (Above that average qualifies as a large business; below that average qualifies as a small business.) This acquisition is being considered for a 100 percent small disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside. Interested SDB should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing evidence of capability to perform and positive statement of eligibility as a SDB. If adequate interest is not recieved from SDBs within this period, the soliciitation will be issued as small business (SB) without further notice. Currently there is no contract for this service.
