The anticipated date for the publication of the Invitation For Bid is 24 July 95. Responding potential bidders/offerors must identify their status as 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Emerging Small Business, Small Business or Large Business in accordance with FAR Part 19. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside to Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing, of their intention to bid on this requirement as early as possible, but not later than 10 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and specific information which demonstrates the capability and experience to provide the item described in this announcement. Complete information concerning sales of this type of item on the open market and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate response is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns.
