The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for Building Renovation at Building 144, Leetown National Biological Service Science Center, Kearneysville, West Virginia. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provde selective demolition ncluding concrete raceways, walls, mechanical systems, plumbing, boiler, heating and hot water systems; and building renovation including additional trench drains, concrete floor slab repair, new boiler and fin tube radiation heating, ventilation, air conditioning, controls, laboratory hoods, new electrical service, supplemental internal power and lighting distribution and new 50KW emergency generator. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1542; size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
