Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment to perform all operations in connection with a multiple project contract located at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calfornia. XUMU 95-1194B L-Repair HVAC System (Bldg 475): A. Replace existing chillers, pumps, and piping; replace HVAC equipment motors with more energy efficient motors; replace existing diesel generator with bigger propane generator, with new propane tank and piping; replace existing light fixtures; replace concrete pad for chillers; provide new 12 kv power feed to building, new 480 volt transformer and equipment and replace two (2) exterior doors; facility will require temporary generator and chiller back-up during construction. The estimated magnitude of construction cost for the total of all projects is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The total contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. Anticipated schedule is to issue an IFB for F04684-95-B-0027 on 22 Jul 95, open bids 30 Aug 95, with award as soon as practicable thereafter. Interested firms should respond as early as possible.
