The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a single story steel framed structure complete with concrete footings and floor slabs; preformed metal and built-up roofing systems; steel stud and EIFs exterior walls; steel stud and wallboard interior partitions; medical and dental equipment; plumbing, medical gas and vacuum; fire extinguishing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, nurse call, intercom, fire alarm, and master antenna TV systems; and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Exterior site work includes asphalt concrete paving; extension of existing sewer, water, electrical, and gas services; exterior lighting; landscaping; sprinkler irrigation system; and incidental related work, complete and ready for use.
