$500,000-$1,000,000.00. This procurement is a total set-aside for firms
51 percent Indian-owned, Section 7 (b) of P.L.93-638 (25 USC 450e) and
DIAR 1452-204-71 requires that preference opportunities in employment
and training be given to Indian/Alaska Native individuals and that
preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska
Native economic enterprises. Failure by the contractor to submit a plan
for doing so prior to award and implement same after award shall be
sufficient reason for non-award or termination of the contract for
default, an Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprise need only be 51
percent Indian/Alaska Native owned to qualify for subcontract
