Furnish all materials, labor, supervision and equipment necessary to provide after-hours security services for all buildings, contents and grounds included in the Melrose Estate, part of the Natchez National Historical Park, located in Natchez, MS. In general, the contract will require the assignment of at least one full-time guard, who will be on duty from the hours of 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. daily, year-round. Guards will not be armed. The proposed action is 100% set-aside for small business. Resultant contract will be for one base year with four option periods (at the discretion of the government), for a possible total of five years.
