The period of performance shall be from December 2, 1995 - December 1, 1996 with four 1-year options. The Contractor shall provide the necessary manpower and equipment to service the Main Complex which is approximately 11 miles of roadway, 72 acres of parking lot and 18 miles of sidewalk.
