It is the Air Force's intention to award a sole source contract to Landis & Gyr to provide maintenance and repair of existing Landis & Gyr System 600 and any new installation of Direct Digital Control (DDC) EMCS to include but not limited to Modular Building Controllers, Telecommunications Interface Units, Analog Monitoring/Control Devices, Electric to Pneumatic Transducers, and Digital Monitoring/Control Devices. Provide Technical and operational support with on-call contract personnel responsible for maintenance and operational procedures to include training of Air Force Personnel for DDC Systems and Insight Software updates. This requirement is for a basic one year period with three one year option periods. (184)
