Contractor shall hydraulically clean, by high pressure water jet (approximately 2000 PSI), the specified sanitary adn storm sewers. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, safety items, incidentals, and supervision needed to complete the job. Also, contractor shall obtain proper permits from the City of Birmingham to connect to and use fire hydrants for water source.
