Demolish and remove debris from old transformers, switchgear, concrete pads, and cables in accordance with all Federal and Government of Guam Environmental Protection Agency Regulations. Construction of new concrete pads as required for new locations of transformers and switchgear. Testing and interfacing with existing local system. The project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is 270 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. A nonrefundable fee of $12.00 is required for each solicited requested. Checks are to be made payable to the United States Department of Treasury. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their request for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
