Description of work: Construct Walk-in Freezer. Work includes, but is not limited to construction of 1080 sq. ft. enclosed masonry building with freezer; removal of obsolete equipment and replace with new refrigeration equipment with all services; repair dry storage area, insulate walls and install new dehumidifiers with all services; remove all asbestos containing material.
