Existing first floor is a slab on grade. New second floor level to be concrete slab on steel joist framing. New work includes provi- sion of new metal stud and drywall walls, electrical wiring, doors, suspended ceilings, new electrical lighting in ceiling, carpet, vinyl base, painting, etc. In separate part of Building 400, construct a stairway from second floor recording studio into storage loft at third floor level.
