The removal of existing lighting protection system, reinstallation and testing of new system. Removal of existing mechanical equipment, fans and releif fans; raise the height of curb and reinstall. There is approximately 31,000 square feet of roofing area on eight (8) different roofing areas ranging in size from 860 square feet to 7,500 square feet. There are six (6) different heights of these roofs varying from approximately 12 feet to 66 feet above the ground. Completion date: 120 Calendar days. Specifications & plans will be limited to three (3) sets per contractor based on availability. All requests for plans, specifications and bidder mailing list must be made in writing to the contracting office listed above, to the attention of Victoria Longacre.
