Axley, (415)750-2163 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the existing audio-visual nurse call and code one system in Buildings 203 and 208 located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The work shall include the removal of the existing nurse call system and installation of the new audio-visual microprocessor nurse call system. The new system shall include central equipment termination assemblies, nurse call bedside stations, staff stations, duty stations, emergency stations, corridor door dome lights, cooridor intersectional lights, nurse call station, cordsets, psuchiatric station and code one system. The work shall be completed in phases according to the schedule designated in the specifications. The work shall also include the interfacing of all the master antenna systems with the nurse call system, installation of new conduits and system wiring, warranty and maintenance service, all in accordance with the scope of work, specifications and drawings. This solicitation is unrestricted and available for full and open competition. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731. Estimated construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
