Chavez, Contracting Officer, 617-377-2949. This project is located at 23 SOPS/CE, New Boston Air Station, 317 Chestnut Hill Road, Amherst, NH adjacent to the mechanical room of Building 142. The principle items of work include but are not limited to the following: Furnish all materials, labor, supplies, testing, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision required to provide for a 1200 sq. ft masonry and brick veneer mechanical and electrical room extension with steel truss and asphalt shingled roof, a 600 sq ft transformer shed enclosed with chain link fencing, replacement of the rolled roofing on the 3200 sf existing headquarters and operations building with an asphalt shingled roof, heating equipment consisting of a package boiler, condensate return pump, cooling equipment consisting of two new 25 ton air handlers, two 25 ton condensers, ductwork, piping, electrical gear consisting of two new 300 kva transformers, two new electrical distribution panels with down transformers for 480 to 208/120 volt distribution, controls and electrical tie ins. The period of performance will be 480 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This is a firm fixed price contract.
