Officer, 505-988-6852 Furnish materials, equipment and labor for
construction of 5 site built frame homes: The work at each home
consists of: (1) All site and utility work; (2) Three different site
specific floor plans which vary in size from 1,300 to 1,700 sq. ft. The
homes include the use of recycled content materials; (3) Attached two
car garages of approximately 500 sq. ft.; (4) Landscaping; (5)
Concrete/asphalt Driveways; (6) Wood picket fences; (7) Related
appertunances. All homes will be complete and ready to be moved in when
completed. Big Bend National Park is located in Southwest Texas,
approximately 220 miles south of Odessa, and 300 miles south east of El
Paso, Texas. The total performance period is 365 days from date of
notice to proceed. The solicitation will be full and open competition
in accordance with PL100-656. The estimated price range is $500,000 to
