Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, materials and supplies for performing all operations in connection with the maintenance services for fire alarms and sprinkler systems located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Standards established in the Department of Army Technical Manual 5-695, Military Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System, will be the minimum acceptable performance standards. The contractor shall submit authentic reports of tests and materials proposed for use. Period covered is a base year plus two option years. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
