59 -- COMPOSITE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATED TEST EQUIPMENT SOL N00164-95-R-0206 DUE 082095 POC Contact, Ms. Terry Davis, Code 1164EJ, 812-854-3704, telefax 812-854-3465, Mr. Doug McDaniel, Contracting Officer This requirement is for Hardware and Software maintenance of for Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Maintenance shall include hardware and software maintenance, phone support, preventive maintenance visits, and applications visits. The ATE to be covered by this procurement action are the following Teradyne Models: L280, L357, and the L297. This procurement will be solicited utilizing other than full and open competition procedures due to proprietary information possessed by Teradyne Incorporated, Boston, MA. The contract type is anticipated to be a Fixed Price services contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one year period with three one year options. Numbered Note 22 is applicable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. (0186)
